CetecX will make your buyers more efficient. The CetecX Assisted Purchasing system will guide buyers through the purchasing process automatically, from determining material requirements to sending the PO to the vendor with the click of a mouse.
All the information related to a part is available in CetecX in one place. Supply/Demand, Backlog, and Purchasing History are presented to the buyer to help them spend their time making good purchase decisions (instead of searching for data).
Once the buyer has decided on parts to purchase from a vendor, he creates what's called a Purchase Quote or PQuote for short. From the PQuote, all the details of the Purchase Order can be edited before it's created.
After the PO has been created, you can download a consistent, professional PDF or send it to the Vendor with a click.
